On Thursday, 9 NOV 2023, St Louis Public Schools Army JROTC Cadets from 3rd Brigade present the Colors at the Missouri Athletic Club St. Louis Mo for MG (R) William (Will) Blaylock II during the Veterans Day parade. MG (R) Blaylock just finished his command with the 35th Infantry Division of the Missouri National Guard. MG (R) Blaylock was also the Master of Ceremonies for the Parade.
