National JROTC Essay Contest


The JROTC Essay Contest is an annual competition designed to give Cadets an opportunity to assimilate lessons learned from JROTC curriculum and communicate their knowledge in writing. Participating in the essay contest exposes Cadets to a key component of 21st Century Education: writing.

School Year 2024-25 Information

The theme for this year’s essay contest is integrity. Criteria for the essay is explained in the OPORD and annexes. Check with your Brigade POC for suspense. Your Brigade will have a suspense earlier than the one indicated in OPORD.
