Continue to Lead

The mission of U.S. Army JROTC is “To Motivate Young People to be Better Citizens”. This mission is accomplished with U.S. Army retirees serving as JROTC Instructors in over 1700 high schools.

Continue to Train

Activities you may facilitate include drill, physical training, classroom instruction, marksmanship, national-level events, robotics, summer camps, and community service projects.

Continue to Mentor

You will be provided the U.S. Army Junior ROTC curriculum. This program is designed to develop the baseline leadership characteristics necessary for the workforce of the future.

Continue to Serve

When you become a U.S. Army Junior ROTC instructor, you will become part of a community. You will motivate young people to be better students, better leaders, and better citizens.
