AKO has agreed to reinstate JROTC Instructor accounts.

The Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) is now assisting USACC with reactivating AKO accounts for JROTC Instructors worldwide. We initially had a few "glitches" in the reactivation system, however, those have now been fixed. Request Brigades have your JROTC Instructors to call the AKO Service Desk at 1 (866) 335-2769 to have their AKO accounts reactivated.

JROTC Instructors - Great Minds in Action

Welcome to the JROTC Instructor Portal

More than 4,000 U.S. Army Soldiers compose one of the most talented cadre of Instructors in the world. They are Retired Soldiers in the grades of E6 – O6 who lead, teach, and mentor more than 310,000 high school youth who enroll annually in Junior ROTC programs around the world.

Among the challenges faced by our Instructors is the problem of communicating with USACC HQ and other key organizations. This is further compounded by the fact that JROTC has one of the most diverse student populations in any school system This demands that we continue to explore and enhance connectivity and information flow, and the media we use to navigate automated systems.

To assist the process, we have continued to enhance our JROTC Web Portal, and have reconfigured the appearance, design, and content in accordance with key topical areas to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. We invite you to take a look at the enhanced web portal and the newly configured Education & Curriculum Pages; Instructor Management Pages; Training & Operations Pages; Automation Pages; Chain of Command; Contacts Pages; and the Library, along with the drop-down pages for each.

Please let us know how we can continue to improve the web portal to make it more active and accessible for you.
