Cadet Command Portal

The U.S. Army Cadet Command Portal is a secure Microsoft SharePoint site that is accessible by JROTC Instructors by using your Common Access Card (CaC). USACC, each Brigade, and Headquarters JROTC maintain pages on this secure SharePoint site.

Headquarters JROTC is working to improve Instructor access to documents and training materials. On the new Headquarters JROTC SharePoint page, Instructors can find useful documents, slides, and information. This where you access secure documents or documents that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Click on the “Instructor Resources” button when you visit this page to find these documents.

Ensure your CAC is in the card reader before attempting to access the USACC Portal.

Edge is the preferred web browser used to access the USACC Portal. You must log-in using your CAC Card “Authentication” certificate.

  • Your email address does not need to be added to SharePoint to access the HQ JROTC page.
  • First time users may need to log-in using Google Chrome, and select the “ID” certificate.
  • If this is the first time logging in with your CAC Card, you can view all of your CAC certificates by clicking “more options“.
  • If your “Authentication” certificate is not present under “more options“, read the following steps to recover the certificate:
