Army Instructor Physical Requirements:

In order to qualify to become a JROTC Instructor, you must have a complete physical examination, to include labs with results; the physical must be no more than 12 months old (we do not accept the PHA). If you have been awarded 30% or more disability or have an unusual medical condition, you must provide a copy of your VA Statement of Disability and any treatment plans (if applicable).

Your physical, along with supporting documentation, will be forwarded to the Cadet Command Surgeon for review. Please allow an additional 30 days for the surgeon to make a determination of medical fitness.
