Cadet Colonel Brian Kim, Brigade Commander of the Olympic Trojan Brigade was awarded a full scholarship to Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. The Questbridge scholarship matches students with Tier 1 universities which include schools such as Yale, Harvard, Duke and Emory University. Brian’s stellar academic performances through his high school tenure where he boast an extraordinary GPA of 4.25, his commitment to his community and a sterling example in the JROTC program set him apart from his peers. Brian credits his family for always encouraging him to do his very best at everything, his JROTC instructors for trusting him to lead the Brigade and his teachers and administrators for providng him with various opportunities for his post-secondary education. Along with being the commander, he is a member of the Air Rifle Team, JLAB, and Book Study Team.
