"Before competition girls received a new pair of socks from Lee and Courier County Gold Star Moms. The socks were donated by BOMBAS Socks. There are five areas to compete; 5K run, tire flip, rope bridge, fitness challenge and cross county rescue. 5K run requires a lot of togetherness, the ten ladies must stay together for the entire run and they did, singing military cadence all the way."

"Tire Flip was causing this panther (Cadet Diaz) some problems, but she manages to get it up and over for the next cadet. Rope bridge is a Panther favorite as we set up, get on and tear it down quickly."

"And we are not finish yet, as we still have fitness challenge and cross county rescue. All in one days work, and they did it all with a smile and military cadences all the way. Oh I forgot to mention, this is a Freshman and Sophmore Team out of of 16 schools in Lee County Cypress Females are 3rd in the district."
